Really enjoyed my first ever reformer Pilates class . Nancy was fab and made me feel very comfortable .
I’m very sore today so I know she was showing me how to do it right .. see you next Sunday x

This was my first ever attempt at Reformer Pilates and Nancy was superb. She was very informative, enthusiastic and made myself and all, feel included.
